2025 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Regular full-time faculty and staff can purchase Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for themselves only or include their spouse and children. AD&D insurance provides protection against financial losses due to accidental death or accidental dismemberment. This program is administered by Unum.
The group policy number is 292000.
During open enrollment, faculty and staff may enroll in coverage without providing any medical information. The effective date of AD&D coverage is January 1 of the following year.
Faculty and staff can choose between $10,000 and $300,000 in coverage. Family coverage is available for spouses at 60% and children (from birth through age 26) for 20% of the insured amount.
