Lion Traditional - Part-Time

The Lion Traditional plan has a lower deductible and a higher payroll deduction than the Lion Advantage plan.

Features:

  • Medical coverage is the same as for the Lion Advantage HSA plan
  • Physician network is the same as for the Lion Advantage HSA plan
  • Drug formulary is that same as for the Lion Advantage HSA plan
  • Enrollment in Lion Traditional includes participation in the Condition Care Program (CCP) for individuals in need of managing one of the following health conditions; Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension.
