Financial well-being may have different meanings for different people. 

According to the American Psychological Association, Stress in American Paying with Our Heart reports almost 72% of adults report feeling stressed out about their finances or money at least some of the time. Nearly 25% report extreme stress about money. 

Penn State wants to help all of its employees avoid, eliminate, or reduce financial stress by providing resources to help.

Financial stress is a leading cause of unhealthy behaviors which we can lead to further stress at a greater intensity. Penn State cares about its faculty and staff and wants to help you minimize financial stress by providing resources and promoting health financial well-being.
