Freedom Blue Fitness Benefits

Highmark Medicare Advantage members, like the Freedom Blue PPO plan, also have fitness benefits to help members get out and get moving. Fitness benefits provide discounts at gyms and local health clubs for health and wellness classes, group activities, and more.

Highmark initially chose FitOn Health to administer their fitness program for 2025. However, some unforeseen challenges have made it difficult for some of Freedom Blue members to fully enjoy their fitness benefit. To make sure you have access to a fitness program that’s reliable and easy to use, Highmark is switching back to SilverSneakers, starting August 1, 2025. Your FitOn benefit will end on July 31, 2025.
