Penn State Talent Management, in partnership with internal and external learning partners, offers a wide variety of live, online Instructor-led programs covering a range of business, soft skill, and Penn State-centric topics to meet your professional development goals. These programs are offered at no cost to University employees.

Campus Delay, Closure, or Early Dismissal 

If a University sanctioned delay, closure, or early dismissal overlaps with a scheduled session, the session will be canceled. Sessions scheduled after normal operations resume will proceed as planned. Registrants will receive an official cancellation email and a follow-up message with the new date/time once confirmed.

Note: Individual Development Program sessions are not recorded in order to protect the privacy of participants and to foster open, authentic dialogue.

Understanding Depression (SupportLinc)

Depression is more than feeling sad. While depression can be triggered by feelings of sadness or unhappy events/situations, it is a condition of brain functioning that impacts one's overall psychological status and ability to cognitively process, emotionally respond on general basis and navigate life.
